On November 20, the City will host a ceremony honoring Transgender Day of Awareness. Following a brief speaking program featuring Mayor Joe Curtatone, Somerville LGBTQ Liaison Jess Alter, Somerville High School Gender and Sexuality Awareness Alliance (GSAA) Advisor Sarah Eustis, and students from GSAA, we will raise the Transgender Flag at City Hall. The ceremony begins at 2:45 p.m.
