Hundreds of runners assembled this past Mother’s Day for the 2018 Somerville’s M.O.M.’s Run at the George Dilboy VFW Post that’s located 371 Summer Street in Davis Square.
This year’s M.O.M.’s Run included a Kids 0.1 Mile at 9:30 AM, a Walkers 5K at 9:45 AM and the Runners 5K at 10:00 AM.
About the Mary O’Brien Memorial Run
In the past 16 years, M.O.M.’s Run has raised over $200,000 benefiting the Claudia Adams Barr Program in Innovative Basic Cancer Research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. They owe this success to the thousands of runners, countless volunteers, and generous sponsors who have partaken over the years.
