Clarendon/North St. Housing Project – update the development group is working with the city to have more concrete responses to your traffic concerns, respond to urban design concerns, relocation of tenant residents and school impact. This is a much complex project with many groups like; tenants who there now and have to have temporary housing during construction, Commonwealth of Mass., City of Somerville (have been asked to contribute), traffic mitigation involving MassDOT and DCR. There is movement on this project. I will keep you posted on further updates. I would expect another community meeting before the end of the year.
