On the above date in time I was working as a community police officer, I was exiting the police department when I observed a black Ford Escape driving on Washington Street. I observed the driver of the vehicle a Mr. Christopher Gonsor strike a van that was in front of him. I went over to assist, both drivers stated there was no injury or damage .

      When I called in the drivers information for the striking vehicle the driver Mr. Gonsor had a suspended license. I arrested him for driving on a public way with a suspended license .
