Our condolences go out to the Doherty, Monaco and Hickey families on the loss of Eileen who sadly passed away early Friday morning. 

Eileen was a wonderful person and will be sadly missed here in Somerville. 
Eileen and her husband Bernie Doherty were to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary and the end of this month.

Eileen is survived by her children Marie,Phil,Eileen,Mary and Bernard as well as step children Tim and Maureen Doherty 

Eileen Hickey Doherty was also sister of Officer Robert Hickey and wife of retired-Officer Bernie Doherty as well as Mother-in-law of Officer Alan Monaco

Funeral procession from the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) Somerville, Tuesday morning at 9am, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Francis de Sales Church, Charlestown, at 10:00.
