Somerville’s Second Annual Youth & Police Basketball Game

Somerville police officers vs Somerville youth played a game of basketball this past Friday night March 11th at the Kennedy School in Somerville.
The youth-police basketball game featured teams of youth and police working together.

The event opened up with speeches by Chief Fallon and Somerville youth about police-youth-community relations in the wake of the national controversy on policing.

The police and teens were on the same teams. Somerville Police Chief Fallon was on the green team that won.
