This past weekend five Somerville High School Culinary Arts students competed at the Future Chefs Career Exploration Day at Quincy High School. They competed against Quincy, Everett, and Boston.

Our students had to prep, prepare and plate three different courses. The theme was “healthy alternative/fast food” Our students absolutely shined and received three awards.

The awards earned are for Best oral Presentation, Truest to the Theme, and Leadership. Again, it was an amazing event and I am proud to be a part of Somerville High School.
