Somerville Democratic City Committee Special City-Wide Meeting to launch our Coordinated Campaign for the November 4th General Election & elect our new City Committee Chairperson
Acting Co-chairs of the Somerville City Committee have called a citywide meeting of Democrats on Sunday, October 5 at 10:00 AM at the VNA, 259 Lowell St, Somerville.
The Agenda will include:
1. Mobilizing all our resources of the Ward and City Committees to get-out-the-vote for Democratic candidates for local, county and statewide office for the November 4th general election.
2. Electing a new City Committee Chairperson. Former Chair Keri Lorenzo moved out of Somerville earlier this month. City Committee members who are interested in running for Chair should contact acting co-chairs Michael Grunko or Lee Palmer for more information.
3. Hearing from special speakers who will educate and advocate positions on the 4 important ballots questions to appear on the November ballot.
We are pleased to offer a light breakfast of bagels, fruit, juice, coffee and tea for all who attend.
