Come celebrate the music and the spirit of the generation that changed the world culminating at the iconic 1969 Woodstock Festival.
Groove to a memorable multimedia event with live music, light show, dancing, food & drink. Local music veterans, The Workingman’s Band, will perform songs from the original Woodstock Festival by such artists as: Canned Heat, Arlo Guthrie, Richie Havens, Country Joe & the Fish, Santana, Jefferson Airplane, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Band, Paul Butterfield Band.
The band members include Tom Yates – guitar & vocals, Rick Maida – bass, Mike Avery – drums, plus special guests Tim Leavitt on guitar & vocals, Marilyn Kirby (of Woodstock NY) on vocals, Craig Harris on percussion. Also a special appearance by musician Andy Pratt who will relate his Woodstock experience.
The large performance hall has seating and dancing space for 300 plus a cash bar, cafe food and vendors of rock memorabilia.
