Narrative
The following is a brief summary of the facts as they pertain to case number 13044988.

On the morning of Friday, December 6, 2013 I was assigned to marked unit E-2. with Officer Pasqualino. At approximately 9:40 hours, we were dispatched to 400 Somerville Ave (Market Basket) for a report of a white male wearing a black coat drinking alcoholic beverages behind the building. Upon our arrival we were met by the reporting party , rp is a manager at Market Basket. rp stated that there was a man behind the store drinking alcoholic beverages. rp also went on to say that he asked Mr. Killackey to leave the property and he refused. Upon speaking to Mr. Killackey he was advised of the trespassing law at that time he was compliant and left the property.

After clearing the original call we received a call at 10:07 hours to return to the Market Basket for a report of a white male wearing a black coat, in the store causing a commotion. Upon our arrival at the Market Basket we observed Mr. Killackey yelling and flailing his arms at register number 1, preventing the other customers from checking out of the store. Just moments before Mr. Killackey was advised if he returned to the property he would be arrested for trespassing. While attempting to put Mr, Killackey in handcuffs he repeatedly pulled away and would not comply with my verbal commands. Unit 200 was requested to transport him to the Somerville police station to be booked in the usual manner by the shift commander Sgt. J. Marino.
