Blanca joined the department in 1998 and was assigned to Engine Company 3 in Union Sq. Then transferring to Tower Company 1.
Blanca was promoted to Lieutenant in 2013 and went back to her home neighborhood of Union Square, LT of Engine 3 group 2.
