Last week I broke the news about an alleged attempted crime of changing a deed/defrauding family beneficiaries with the assistance of the current Southern Middlesex County Register of Deeds Maria Curtatone. Since the article of allegations came out and surfaced exposing the scheme, the property located at 44 Warren Street in East Cambridge MA. has been taken off the market.
You will notice in the attached Redfin listing that the property in question was listed for sale for $1,471,032.00 with Redfin as well it was also listed with four additional and different real estate sites (Zillo, Trulia and Movito real estate sites) and all of a sudden, since the article has surfaced, the property was pulled off the market and as you could see, it reads “Off Market”. You be the judge!
