Billy go around the city and look at every single tree like this. The city plants them then doesn’t de-weed them.

I’ve seen Somerville Inspectional Services give myself as well as my neighbors violations if we had weeds growing out like this and uncut grass. Who is supervising the Somerville DPW and who is giving them their matching orders? It’s like having an army of soldiers with no leadership to just send the troops out shooting. It’s more like our leadership has their heads buried in the sand, leaving everyone to fend for themselves.
