Every year the VFW State Commander and the State Auxiliary President each spearhead a special project for their year in command. This year, the leaders of both organizations will conduct a joint special project for the Medic Now Foundation, Inc. (MNF) who provides healthcare assistance to veterans and military families through their Healthcare Cost Assistance Program (HCAP).

Through educating the public and businesses, we are hoping to raise much more than our $50,000 goal. We are very excited to launch this state-wide effort and utilize the full force of our 16,000 combat veterans and 4,000 Auxiliary members in order to fulfill the mission of MN by Breaking Barriers in Military Health Care.
The VFW MA invites you to hear about this first-hand as VFW incoming state commander James Morrissey announces the special state-wide project which begins June 10, 2023
and ends June 8, 2024. Prior to, and after this announcement, there will be time for interviews with VFW MA leadership as well as Medic Now Foundation President and Founder and board members.
