FRANCO’S OBITUARY

On November 4, 2022, Franco DiFusco, son of Salvatore and Annunziata, passed away, he was 90 years old.

Franco was predeceased by his sister Elisa and Teresa. Franco is survived by his wife of 63 years, Filomena (Dell’Anno) DiFusco, his three sons Salvatore, Daniel and Franco, Jr., his two daughters-in-law Jennifer and Lori, his five grandchildren Gianni and his wife Skyla, Marco, Daniel, Alessandra, Franco and three great grandchildren Sage, Echoleia and Salvatore. He is also survived by his two nephews Salvatore and Paul, and niece Alessandra; as well as many grand nieces and nephews.
Franco came to the United States from Gaeta Italy at the age of 24 to provide a better life for his family. He was a hardworking man who adored his beautiful wife Mena and his family. Franco loved cooking for family gatherings, playing his beloved Italian music on the guitar and mandolin, dancing at parties, traveling with his friends and working in his garden. Franco was an incredibly generous and giving man, always providing for his loved ones. We will carry his love in our hearts forever.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High Street, Medford on Thursday morning, November 10th, at 11:00AM. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Services will conclude with entombment at the Mount Auburn Cemetery Mausoleum in Cambridge.
