Mayor Ballantyne and the City of Somerville are pleased to announce an affordable homeownership opportunity for a 1-bedroom condo at 375 Canal St. (unit #602) at Assembly Row. This condo is available to income-eligible, first-time homebuyers as part of the City’s Inclusionary Housing Program.

Applications can be found online HERE (select the “Inclusionary Affordable Homeownership Program” tab). To request a hard copy of the application, call (617) 625-6600 x2566, or send an email to inclusionary@somervillema.gov. Applications are also available at City Hall, City Hall Annex, and at all Somerville Public Library branches. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, February 1, at 2 p.m.
