Parks Tree Health Program Starting this Month


Starting in February you might some tree work going on in your neighborhood park as part of the new Parks Tree Health Program. Each year trees in a handful of parks will be proactively examined so that any possible issues can be addressed before they become larger problems. This year work will be happening at Marshall Street Playground, Ed Leathers Park, Somerville Junction Park, Osgood Park, and Nunziato Park.
