My new brand “Ginger Time”, launched two weeks ago and so far it’s been a hit. We’re in 14 retailers across the state and doing steady online sales.

Ginger Time is a delicious ginger shot – a concentrated dose of ginger with citrus and honey – that people love for ginger’s many health benefits. Around this time of the year, people use Ginger Time to help fight off a cold and boost their immune system. Ginger has long been used to settle the stomach, as well.

I graduated from Tufts in 2013 and won the 2018 Tufts New Ventures Competition back in April.
