SHS Track PAC is proud that the Holiday Arts & Craft Fair is a Thanksgiving weekend destination for so many to begin their holiday shopping.
While the fair features handcrafted items from many New England area artists selling their wares, one of the most popular tables is the “Country Store” table, where items and gift certificates are raffled off to fair attendees, who gravitate there all day long.
For the past twenty-five years, local businesses and participating crafters have been extraordinarily generous by donating gift certificates and merchandise for our raffle.
These donations, which showcase the generosity of the local business community, are spiritedly raffled off – allowing us to raise money for the SHS track and cross country programs.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the girls’ and boys’ cross-country and track teams at SHS, including the awarding of college scholarships each June.
A concession stand will be open from 9am-3pm, a 50/50 raffle drawing will take place at 11:30am and 2:30pm, and hourly door prizes will be drawn for craft fair patrons, who fill out our post cards provided at the door and are in attendance at the fair.
SHS Track Parents & Alumni Club members work to promote the Craft Fair as the place to be on Thanksgiving weekend, because they are in support of the positive goals the SHS Track & Cross-Country teams promote — physical fitness, fair competition, and spirited teamwork.
