His primary responsibility at Valley Fair was leading the day-to-day operations for one of the most profitable shopping centers on the West Coast. During his tenure with Westfield, Ehrie also directed the center management for the Southeast and Northwest Regions and managed Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ.

He then transitioned to Arnold Palmer Golf Management to be the Director of Retail Management for the company’s 40 on-course golf shops. While employed with Arnold Palmer, Matt also directed Harbor Links Golf Course, a high-end daily fee golf course located in Port Washington New York.

“It’s important to create a sense of community when creating an entirely new neighborhood. From what I have seen so far, Assembly Row has done a spectacular job of building that here in Somerville,” said Matt Ehrie, Vice President and General Manger of Assembly Row. “I am eager to get to know the intricacies and unique community of Somerville and Assembly Row and excited to be part of the sustained success and continued evolution of The Row.”
