Somerville Kiwanis Club Hosts Its Annual Holiday Tri-Service Club Luncheon

This past Thursday afternoon, the Somerville Kwanis Club hosted its Annual Tri-club Luncheon for Toys for Tots at the Mount Vernon Restaurant in Somerville.

Kiwanis Club President Tony Ciccariello invited all three Somerville service clubs, The Somerville Lions Club and the Somerville Rotary Club to participate in the joint effort to collect well needed Toys for Tots.

The Somerville High School Choir performed at the luncheon filling the room with seasonal festive music putting everybody in the holiday mood.

The Kiwanis Club Tri-Meeting Luncheon is an annual event that has been taking place for a number of years in an effort to collect new unwrapped toys. The event is in conjunction with the United States Marine Corps program, Toys for Tots as well as to raise needed monies for charities that the Somerville Kiwanis Clubs support.
