This past Thursday evening, Mayor Joseph Curtatone and the City of Somerville held a promotion and swearing in ceremony at Somerville City Hall for seven somerville police officers.
Two deputy chiefs, two captains and three sergeant promotions were implemented in the Alderman Chambers with family, friends and fellow officers in attendance supporting the appointees.
In a statement, Somerville Police Chief David Fallon said “I’m proud of every Somerville Police officer and especially proud of the officers here tonight.”
