With the Green Line Extension coming to town, we’re also getting some brand new MBTA stops that need decorating.
To make sure Somerville has the snazziest stops, we need artists to submit their ideas for station decoration with MassDOT and the MBTA.

MassDOT and the MBTA recently released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to find artists to design an integral art program for the GLX stations.

Interested artists can also attend a prequalification/information session on Feb. 6, 5 p.m., at the GLX Project Office (100 Summer Street, Suite 250, Boston, MA). The deadline to respond to the RFQ is Thursday, Feb. 20 by noon.
