Obituary
Christopher John Matatall – Of Methuen, passed away on Saturday, December 6. He was a beloved son, family member, and friend whose loss leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Born in Boston, he was the cherished son of Scott Matatall and Catherine (Flannery) Matatall. Chris worked as an HVAC technician, as he proudly called it, a “tin knocker.” Beyond his trade, his true passion was life on two wheels. Chris was a talented stunt rider.
In his quieter moments, Chris enjoyed being outdoors. He loved camping, especially trips to Maine where he found peace in the beauty of the scenery around him. He also had a fondness for owls, a small but meaningful interest that reflected his thoughtful and observant nature.
Chris will be remembered for his fearless spirit, his remarkable talents, and the love he shared with those around him. His absence will be felt deeply, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of the people he touched.
Beloved son of Scott Matatall and his wife Maureen of Naples, Maine and Catherine Matatall and her partner Bob Wyman of Woburn. Cherished brother of Joseph Matatall of Haverhill. He is also lovingly survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and extended family members.
