Congratulations to Fire Lieutenant James Piwinski on his retirement for the Somerville Fire Department (effective February 2025)
Jimmy Joined the Department in 1994 spending the majority of his career as a firefighter assigned to the Teele Square station Engine 6 Ladder 3 group 1
Always an active member of Local 76, Jimmy will be no stranger going forward. His son Jimmy is assigned to Tower 1 group 1 and Son in Law Rory Gallivan is assigned to Engine 5 group 1.
