From a traffic reconstruction officer in the patrol division to his role as patrol sergeant, and ultimately as lieutenant night shift commander, his journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. With 28 years of service in the patrol division, he has not only shown what it means to be a dedicated officer but also exemplified the values of professionalism and integrity.

As he steps into his role as the commander of the Bureau of Professional Standards, Development, and Training, there is no doubt that he will lead with the same passion and dedication that has defined his career.
