I was right from day one! It’s in the Book!” Just in time for my election!

Today was day one of the City of Somerville being brought to court for corruption! It was more like a page out of my book “Stealing Somerville.” Public court records now shows that a certain handful of Somerville superior police officers and former Mayor Joe Curtatone and his crime family are the face of pure evil and corruption! I was right all along! “It’s in the Book!”

Today Federal Court defendant, the corrupt former Somerville Police Captain Dan Cotter took the witness stand in front of a jury and admitted under oath that many of his police investigations and reports were indeed incomplete and “falsified!”

Former Somerville Mayor Joe Curtatone who is one of the defendants in the case did not appear in Federal Court today, but we do know he hopped on a flight Saturday to Milan Italy to avoid being in court this week! He is now subpoenaed to show up this coming week in Federal Court as a defendant!

“MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This is a civil action brought by a former police detective for alleged violations of his constitutional rights and for various state-law claims. Plaintiff Dante DiFronzo has filed suit against the City of Somerville, former mayor Joseph Curtatone, former chief of police David Fallon, and former police captain Bernard Cotter, alleging that they unlawfully retaliated against him for engaging in protected conduct. Specifically, he contends that he was wrongfully terminated by defendants for filing complaints with Curtatone and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office concerning corruption in the police department.
Defendants have filed a motion for summary judgment as to all claims. For the following reasons, the motion for summary judgment will be granted in part and denied in part.”
