Austin, David N. “Ozzie” – Of Somerville, passed away peacefully holding his beloved partner Gail’s hand on Thursday, February 15, 2024. He was 69 years young.
Born in Portland, Maine. He was the son of the late Ralph and Iona (Grant) Austin.
Beloved partner of 35 years to Gail Tamper. Father of Cindy Austin. Dear brother of Wayne Austin and his wife Sandra, Jay Austin and his wife Linda, Terrance “Terry Austin and his wife Karen and the late Dennis Austin. Cherished step father to Christie Tamper and the late Shelley Tamper. Loving grampie to Savannah Castro and Andre Bailey and the great grampie to Iliyah and Zahir. He is also lovingly survived by his dear friends Rhonda and Randy and many nieces and nephews.
Late U.S Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War.
