At the age of 20, Bob joined the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War. His son Kenneth J Smock Sr and wife Rachael Smock lived together with Bob in a two family home. Family meant everything to him. Although working long hours, he always came home and made time for his two grandchildren Kenneth J. Smock JR and Jacquelyn M. Smock as well as his niece Kelley O’Keefe and nephew Nicholas O’Keefe. From picking them up from school, playing cribbage for hours, or even just sitting at the kitchen table having deep meaningful conversations. Bob was always there for them. He is also a great grandfather to Colson. In his spare time, Bob enjoyed watching game shows, eating Chinese food, scratching lottery tickets, and going to the casino. Bob will be missed by many. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Veterans Advocacy Service.
