Mystic Valley Elder Services (MVES) recently recognized the volunteer efforts of Financial Recovery Technologies (FRT) in Medford, including a Certificate of Appreciation for FRT employee Shawn Murphy.
Financial Recovery Technologies (FRT) has an ongoing partnership with MVES. The company coordinates members of their team to deliver nutritional supplements to homebound older adults and people with disabilities. Shawn has gone over and above, volunteering frequently and adding to his route when needed. He is pictured here receiving his certificate from Maria Maldonado, MVES Nutrition Program Manager.
Ruth Hurwitz, FRT’s Senior Director of Human Resources & Administration, helped establish the volunteer collaboration with MVES. For over two years, FRT employees have volunteered their time to ensure that at-risk residents receive the nutrition they need. MVES is deeply grateful for the dedication of Ruth, Shawn and the rest of the FRT volunteer team.
MVES is a registered non-profit and a state-designated aging services provider that serves Medford and 10 nearby communities.
