It is sad to watch the building deteriorate since it was restored and renovated during the Capuano Administration. All the trim, stone, roofing and clock tower were restored to much of its original condition ,all monitored and approved by the historic commission..
We are now Into the third administration and no one has attempted to begin protecting what can be saved even with a simple coat of paint.
Where is the the City Councilors and Historic Commission on this issue. Its an absolute disgrace that city business is conducted in such an unsightly building. It is extremely embarrassing for all of us that live here.This is while the city gives away thousands upon thousands of dollars of taxpayers money in CPA Grants.
