A culinary cultural exchange was held in Medford recently. Medford Council on Aging has been trying out all the cultural meal options offered by Mystic Valley Elder Services (MVES). Medford Director of Elder Affairs Pamela Kelly partnered with MVES for the latest tasting – a Chinese luncheon.
About 100 people attended, and the menu was a big hit with all. Everyone was excited when seconds were offered! The Medford Senior Center was filled with delicious smells, themed décor–ations, and happy residents chatting as they enjoyed their special meal. Ms. Kelly also arranged for a live performance of Chinese music.
