Wile, Barbara E. (Gallagher) – A lifelong resident of Somerville passed away peacefully on October 9, 2021.
Beloved wife of the late Ross M. Wile.
Cherished mother of Deborah DiBlasi of Somerville and her late husband John, Ross M. Wile, Jr. and his wife Christine of Wilmington, Michelle Bottiglio and her husband John of Reading and the late Sharon and Robin Wile.
Dear sister of the late Patricia Leeman and her surviving husband John “Rich” of Nashua, NH.
Loving Nanny of Amanda DiBlasi, Tanya Wile, Matthew Bottiglio, Emma Wile, Monica Wile, Sarah Bottiglio, and Cody Wile.
Great grandmother of Harvey, Anya, Lily.
Close family and friends are invited to attend Calling Hours at the George L. Doherty Funeral Home 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) Somerville on Thursday morning 9-11 am followed by a Funeral Home Service.
Barbara will be laid to rest alongside her husband and daughters in the Mausoleum at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to Northeast Animal Shelter, 347 Highland Ave., Salem, MA 01970.
