Last week Mayor Joe Curtatone in an executive session with the Somerville School Department declared that schools will reopen in Somerville in an accordance agreement with the school committee.
This past Tuesday, just only one week later, Curtatone, abusing executive session rules, declared that schools will not open and they will be open remotely instead, completely ignoring the school committee making them look foolish and expendable and all with no consultation of the school committee.
