A Bill, (H 4986), on Beacon Hill establishes up to $10,000 grants for small community churches in the gateway cities of Massachusetts with parishioners of less than 100 members. The funding would be used to establish an online platform in order to conduct and provide services, communication and support to their parishioners during the COVID-19 pandemic.
