On June 23, 2019 I was working patrol in E4 on the evening shift. At around 1700 I was dispatched to xx Memorial RD, Unit xx (SHA) for an “unwanted.” I was also informed that the person in question was “Tanya Silva.”

Before my arrival I learned from E1 that Ms. Silva (XXXX, Homeless) had been trespassed last night (June 22, 2019) by the SHA Police after one or more incidents (19035257 & 19035270.) Upon arrival I met Ms. Silva inside the building along with E1 (OFC Reece) and S8 (SGT Rego). E1 went to unit 37 while S8 and myself spoke to Ms. Silva. After a short time E1 informed me that Ms. Silva had entered the apartment uninvited. At that time I placed Ms. Silva under arrest. She was transported and booked in the usual manner. I will inform the SHA Police of the incident.
