On Sunday, August 05, 2018, at approximately 12:30 A.M., while responding to a call for service (18046420) in the area Flint Street, I observed a gray Subaru bearing Massachusetts registration xxxx strike a red Nissan Altima bearing Massachusetts registration xxxx. This vehicle was legally parked outside 10 Flint Ave., (a public way in the city of Somerville).

The operator of the striking vehicle left the scene, and struck the rear fence of 10x Pearl Street located on Randolph Place, and attempted to leave the scene again.
