Somerville Home Depot Steps Up to the Plate for Somerville Lions Club Charities

By William Tauro

Bryan Sarnelli and David Wright of the Somerville Home Depot are always the first to step up to the plate when it comes to Lions Club charities.

For the past several years, this friendly Home Depot staff continuously donates their time to help out with the Somerville Lions Club “Wheelbarow full of Cheer” charity raffle auction by assembling wheelbarrows for club.

The Somerville Lions Club raffles off a wheelbarrow full of top shelf liquors to a lucky winner every year.

The monies donated for the raffle benefits local charities that the Lions Club support.
Home Depot employees help out by assembling the wheel barrows, donating to the cause by displaying the club’s flyers as well as purchasing raffle tickets

Raffle tickets for the Wheelbarow full of Cheer will go on sale early February through mid April.
