Somerville, MA – Families with children and teens of all ages in Somerville are invited to the 2015 Somerville Summer Camps and Activities Fair, which will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 from 5:30 to 7:00pm at the Arthur D. Healey School.
Summer camps and activities providers, as well as other local community agencies that serve families with children and young adults will participate in this annual event which offers summer activity and program information to families. The Fair is free and open to the public.

“This event demonstrates the strength and diversity of Somerville and is a great way for families and young adults in Somerville to learn about a variety of summer program options available to them, and get a little bit of a head start on their summer planning,” stated SFLC Director Nomi Davidson. “It’s an ideal opportunity to gather a lot of information in one central location, and find the best fit for your children this summer.”
Nearly 40 programs from Somerville, Arlington, Boston, Everett, Cambridge and Medford have signed up to participate in this year’s event. Attendees can learn about a wide range of summer camp and program options including programs in the arts (general, music, pottery, circus arts, etc.), sports (softball, little league, Pop Warner, swimming, boating, rock climbing, gymnastics, parkour, etc.), technology, recreation, overnight camps, youth job opportunities, and more!
