Obituary
Frances R. (Siracusa) Canto – Of Tewksbury, formerly of Somerville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 13, 2025. She was 91 years old.

Complete obit to be posted.

A funeral procession will be held from the George L. Doherty Funeral Home 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq,) on Tuesday, April 22 at 9:00AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Catherine Church, 179 Summer St., Somerille at 10:00AM.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, April 21st from 5:00PM to 8:00PM.

Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.

In lieu of flower’s memorial contributions may be made in Frances’ name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 or to Alzheimer’s Association.

Such an amazing person. Shared many memories with Fran on our bus trips to the casino! These memories will forever be remembered. May you rest in peace friend. Sending healing thoughts & prayers to Fran’s family and all those who loved her.
