On Monday morning Michael Chiaravalloti, the teenaged son of South Middlesex County Register of Deeds Maria Curtatone posted an online threat/action to commit harm against his mother‘s political opponent William “Billy” Tauro.
Registrar Maria Curtatone has been challenged by Boston News Group/ Somerville/Medford News Weekly’s Publisher William “Billy” Tauro for her seat as the Register of Deeds for Southern Middlesex County.
Curtatone, a 12 year incumbent who’s facing multiple criminal charges regarding an underage drinking party of a party that she host inviting over four hundred teenage students in which resulted in a stabbing of a 17-year-old student. Curtatone is also being accused of allegedly serving alcohol to the minors where video footage of photographs were also provided by students who attended the home of Curtatone.
Curtatone is also being accused by multiple family members of two separate trusts and wills of deed tampering to deprive millions of dollars of their property ownership shares through the influence of her office as register of deeds.
Tauro has filed the police report with the Somerville Police Department and is seeking a protective order against Chiaravalloti.
