Affordable Housing Rental Lottery

The City’s Inclusionary Housing Program has 66 income-restricted rental units at Alta Revolution in Assembly Row (290 Revolution Drive). Studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units are available, with the first units being ready this December.

Applications for the lottery are due Monday, September 12, by 2 p.m. SEB Housing is hosting two information sessions: Tuesday, August 16 and August 30, at 6 p.m. on YouTube. To join, search “SEB Housing” on youtube.com. For more information or to apply, visit somervillema.gov/inclusionaryhousing.

I have been trying to move back to Somerville and was on a list for housing. We are going to be homeless on dec. My last day of residency is dec 7th. My son has medical issues as well. Can you contact me. Thank you
