Community Workshops To Map Out the Future of Cycling in Somerville

Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and the City of Somerville’s Mobility Division are inviting residents to a series of community workshops with the aim of informing Somerville’s Citywide Bicycle Network Plan.

The plan will establish a comprehensive network of streets on which cyclists of all skill levels can feel safe riding. These workshops invite attendees to work together to brainstorm potential routes and to help with the final design by taking part in an interactive mapping exercise.

Workshop dates are as follows:

Thursday, February 24, 12-1:30 p.m.
Saturday, February 26, 10:30-12 p.m.
Monday, February 28, 6-7:30 p.m.
Wednesday, March 2, 4-5:30 p.m. (For residents age 24 or under)
Thursday, March 10, 6-7:30 p.m. (To be held in Spanish)
