James Armato, 27, of Stoneham, was arraigned on Monday in Malden District Court and charged with strangulation, attempted murder, assault and battery on a household or family member, assault, and resisting arrest, in connection with an alleged incident that took place at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 15. Judge Lee Johnson ordered the defendant held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for Monday, May 23. These charges are allegations and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty. The prosecutor assigned to this case is Assistant District Attorney Andrew Boulanger.

I have no idea what this guys thinking cause if you dont pc you will get fucked up because there shouldnt be no protective custudy available for guys with charges like that if your such a man you should deal with the consequences for your actions cause if that was my daughter you would be a dead man walking thats a fact
