Dear Billy T and Somerville/Medford News Weekly Speakup Line,
Billy there are seven rail tanker cars of Hydrochloric Acid parked adjacent to Sullivan Square T station about 20 feet from the nearest houses.
Here is a picture of one of them. You might want to get more pictures and maybe run a story as there are no locomotives attaches to these cars and they should have never been parked in a residential area with such a dangerous cargo. They have been there since Friday when I noticed them from the train when I was heading home. Call me if you have any questions. I don’t want Somerville becoming another East Palestine Ohio environmental disaster area.

On my way home today I noticed these are still there. It looks like there was a huge spill back in 2004. http://archive.boston.com/news/local/massachusetts/articles/2004/04/14/chemical_leak_evacuates_sullivan_t_stop_affects_mbta_and_i_93_traffic/
