Yesterday we welcomed the newest graduates from the Police Academy to the force.
Congratulations to Officers Owen Hilliard, Caesar Al-Hedri, Aidan Cawley and Frank Cassarino Jr., for successfully completing the academy and becoming a member of the Medford Police Department. I know you will serve our City with integrity, compassion and dedication.
