New for Cambridge Day: less than a week after a court victory allowed him to stay in his Somerville apartment, Gary Rogers, who faced eviction for refusing to pay a 90% rent hike, may have to leave his unit by the end of May. His landlord, Ryan Pinto, has served him a new notice to quit, this one with a reservation of rights to accept payments Rogers makes as “use and occupancy,” not rent.”
