Hernando, Florida passed away (after a long battle of kidney disease)
Surrounded by his loved ones on January 17th, 2026. The loving husband of Sharon J. (Verrocchi) Capaviella
and Loving father of Richard N. Verrocchi, Anthony J. Capaviella IV, Matthew M. Capaviella, Peter A. Mattson.
Anthony is also survived by his one and only Granddaughter Angela M. Verrocchi, Several nieces and nephews.
Son of late Anthony J. Capaviella Jr. and Elaine M. (Williams) Capaviella.
Brother of Philip C. Capaviella of Stoneham, Mass and Lauri A. Palazzo (Capaviella)
Of Nashua, N.H. Anthony was born and raised in Somerville, Massachusetts purchased a home in Middleboro, Massachusetts
and raised all his boys there 30 years. Later he and his wife moved to Hernando, Florida. He loved the Boston Bruins, loved
coaching Little League Baseball (Middleboro, Mass 12 yrs). Also loved fishing, camping, traveling, and time with his family.
His pride and joy were his boys, and his granddaughter.
