In loving memory of Manual David Roderick of Somerville, MA.
Born on September 13, 1941, in Cambridge MA, long time resident of Somerville, MA. Manny was the beloved son of Manuel and Margarette Roderick. A proud veteran, Manny served during the Vietnam War.
Beloved husband of the late Patricia Roderick. Devoted father of David Roderick and his wife Kathy of Stafford VA, Eric Roderick and his wife Carol of Melrose MA, the late Cynthia Roderick-Grandmont and the late Michelle Roderick. Beloved grandfather of Erica Sullivan and husband Scott, Courtney Roderick and fiancé Ross, Eddie Grandmont and wife Melissa, Joshua Roderick and Jared Roderick and many nieces and nephews. Brother of Marjorie Ray, Linda Thibideau, Barbara Coveney and Richard Roderick.
Manny was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. Long time member of the Woburn Sportsman club. There was nothing he enjoyed more than being out on his boat fishing with family and friends. Most of all, Manny loved being with and spending time with his family. Manny left a legacy of friendship, of love and was everyone’s Voovoo.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. John Church, 2254 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, on Tuesday, January 21st at 11 am. Visiting Hours will be held in the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut Street, ARLINGTON, on Monday, January 20th from 4-7PM. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
