These days in Somerville there are current and former police officers, defendants, plaintiffs and victims who have ever been suspended, terminated, prosecuted and/or falsely adjudicated of just by anyone that was affected in any form of investigations that was handled by former Somerville Police Captain Dan Cotter a.k.a. “Captain Cover-Up.”
All that who have automatically became victims by any and all cases from investigations that were handled under former Captain Cotter are lawyering up in numbers and taking action against the City of Somerville. The city is actively in panic over the testimony of former Somerville Police Captain Dan Cotter in Federal Court this past October as he took the stand under subpoena and was trampled on by attorneys questioning him before a jury.
Just think about the Magnatude of what’s transpiring as dozens of new victims are coming out of the woodwork realizing that they have been a victim of this crooked police captain’s actions for years under the former Curtatone Administration that have ruined their lives and causing them financial ruin and severe legal problems not excluding termination and imprisonment. These and many more cases through new testimony that have surfaced showing new illegal and falsified investigations that have transpired, some for their own political and personal gains during the Curtatone Administration.
If anyone knows of anyone that might have been fired or disciplined or a victim in any way by this former police captain’s actions, please reach out to me or directly to the city to appeal the decision that was illegally forced upon you.
Numerous officers have already started the legal process to reopen up their cases and be heard once again. I myself have been saying this since 2018 in my book “Stealing Somerville death of an urban city.” I have always told the truth about everything mentioned here and much more over the years, but only to be ridiculed by the Curtatone Administration as they were trying to hide their charades of illegal cover-ups, but finally the truth has surfaced.
And please don’t get me wrong I am 110% pro-police/law enforcement and we have some of the finest police officers in the nation here in Somerville, so please don’t let this one bad rotten apple reflect on anyone else’s reputation
